Nick Shivers
    Nick is a principal broker in the top 1% of Realtors® nationwide.  With over 12 years of real estate experience, Nick leads our team with extensive knowledge of the Portland real estate market. In the last few years he has become an expert in working with distressed properties, short sales and foreclosures. Nick and his Team consult for some of the top bankruptcy law firms in Oregon and routinely coach other agents on pre-foreclosure and short sale transactions.  As the top listing and selling agent in the Pacific Northwest, Nick keeps our inventory of great properties constantly turning.

Bev Blume
    Bev has been involved in the residential construction industry for a large portion of her professional career. As an owner of a custom home construction company, Bev has always had an eye for the details. Always providing top notch customer service and making sure customers are 100% satisfied with their investment. Her evolvement into real estate has been timely and beneficial to both buyers and sellers. She has a special knack about property value, quality of construction and what it takes to make properties shine. She educates her clients so they are able to make quantified and educated decisions on their own regarding their purchase or sale of property.  She is a shrewd and powerful negotiator. Whitney Thill
    Whitney was born and raised around real estate. Her family is made up of residential, commercial, and mult-family property investors. She has been involved in real estate from a young age, officially working for her dad, a custom home builder since the age of 16. She worked as a office manager/sales in between school and sports and sold 3 homes in her first year. Whitney has many years of sales and property management experience. She is very motivated and always keeps and open mind. One of her many strengths is the ability to think logically instead of personally. She is a very diverse individual in thought and is able to adapt to many different situations and personalities. She loves being a real estate agent and she strives daily to meet or exceed her client's expectations.

Mary West

Diane Van Handel

Rosemary Coles
    Rosemary is a licensed agent and has worked in the Portland real estate market for nearly a decade, deciding the real estate industry was for her when she purchased her first home. She has primarily been a buyer's agent because she loves helping people find a home that will fit their goals and dreams.
